    Default Are Elderly People Exempt from Biometrics Requirements

    I am 77 years of age.
    Am I exempt from biometrics fee, for applying for renewal of green card ?
    I have found different answers,and want get app off tomorrow if I can.

    As you are not yet 79, you are not exempt from fingerprinting. Even after you're 79, although not mandatory, the USCIS can still require biometrics.
