My question involves criminal law for the state of: California

I'm trying to avoid getting my probation transferred to the state I attend school in. I would like to continuously get the 30 day travel passes in order for me to attend school. If it helps, the state I'm wanting to go to does allow people to be on travel passes while attending school. I just want to know if a Judge has the ability to grant them or not? Currently I've been attend school while on travel passes and now they want to transfer everything to Mississippi. I've been trying to find if California will allow me to remain on travel passes, but I've been unsuccessful. If you can find something can you also post a link to it as well? I'm looking for something like this http://www.mdoc.state.ms.us/interstate_compact.htm
