Wow, I thought this site was to get legal help, not get a bunch of smart ass remarks which is pretty much what I've gotten every time I've posted to this forum. I was sick, and landed in the ER. They did no due dilligence to see if I was living there or not. They simply came 1-2 days after the auction and broke in. Had I been staying here during that time but gone at work it would have been the same result. They never asked questions or looked to find out first, they simply broke in.
So being no-one can seem to answer the question based off what I said let me ask it in a different way.
If a property goes back to the bank after a foreclosure auction and you are still living in the property. You have been there every day and night for the last 5 years is it legal for the bank to break in 2 days after auction and change the locks? What RCW's or other Washington state law pertains to this?
