Default Can I Change J-1 or J-2 Visa Without Leaving USA

Hello. My husband, baby and i are currently in the USA. We have valid J-1 and J-2 visas. I'm still in the school right now. My husband wants to study in one of the US universities. We are just thinking if we can change our visa status without leaving USA?

I already answered this question when you said you and F1 and F2 visas. STOP creating new threads. Your immigration FRAUD will not work.

The answer to this (which is different form yesterdays because you're telling different lies today) is NO. Your J visas have home residency requirements and you MUST go back rather than bending the status here.

You've indicated that you're subject to the HRR, so the answer is still "No".
