    My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: Colorado my wifes parents droppedher off to knowinglybe raped is there statueof limitationson this type of case and can i call the police

    How long ago did this happen?

    was she raped?

    are you or your wife actually aware of who the rapist is?


    why did she not report this at the time it happened?

    Regardless of the answers to the above (important) questions, the bottom line is that YOU calling the police means nothing and will result in nothing. If your wife is the victim, SHE need to contact police, as it will be HER story to tell and only HER testimony that could potentially spark a criminal investigation.
