Default Getting a New Student F1 Visa in USA

Let's say, I have F1 visa, and it's going to expire soon, cause I'm finishing my college. But I'm planning to study in the other university in USA. Do I need to come back to my home country to get F1 visa, or I can renew it in the USA?

Unless you are continuing a course of study, it is unlikely you can obtain another F1 at all. It is tailored toward getting a degree. As in one, not multiple disciplines.

You only need a visa to enter the country. You need to continue your status which can be done without exiting. Go to discuss your situation with the DSO at your college. Do NOT enroll in any institution other than a state supported one or an accredited non-profit private one. There are some institutions that prey on international students wanting to stay in the US; avoid them.
