Default Posting Fake Job Ads Online then Marketing to the Respondents

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Alabama

It's against the law to spam on the internet like advertising but I need a cheap way to advertise if I'm ever going to get a few recomending referals for affiliate programs I'm in as I have hardly any money. My idea is posting ads on craigslist.com it's a classifieds site where you can buy or sell stuff from people and look for jobs or events or stuff people are selling. I was going to post job offers on craigslist.com and let the person send a message inquiring about the job and then send several emails to the inquirees saying well the job's already takun but since I'm feeling sorry for you go to "website address with my affiliate links here" to make some money. Would this be ok? I really just need a way to legally advertise for free or make money online. Thx )

"Spam" is easier to write and contains fewer letters?

Have you ever replied to a job posting on Craigslist? At least 75% of them are affiliate marketing schemes.

NO, THIS IS NOT OK! Craigslist will ban you in short order.

I really just need a way to legally advertise for free or make money online.
Try getting an actual job, like everyone else.

You know...it's not funny at all when you're one of the people trying to get a job!

Well, this would be akin to LYING to people. How ethical is that? I'd not buy anything from someone that LIED to me initially. AND I'd make sure everyone I know knew who and what the scam is.

The idea that you have in mind about posting on craiglist is also considered a spam and they would ban you in a short time. Why don't you get a real job instead of trying to promote stuff on net?

    ^^^^ Irony is ironic.

I'd also be concerned about the legality of asking applicants for their full names, SSN's. Phone Numbers (did you know a site called Class Action Lawsuits is taking phone numbers of solicitors so they can sue them? Yes, I would turn over your phone number). Listen Pal...I pay for my cell phone minutes...and I don't want them going to some spammer.
