Default Can You Change Your Mind After Settling a Divorce Case

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Maryland . We have been separated for 13 years. He has signed my complaint for divorce agreeing with everything I put on the paper. The only thing he disagreed with was the child support. What will happen now and if he wanted to could he change his mind?

I cannot see the document he signed from where I am sitting, and thus am not in a position to tell you if it is a binding settlement agreement for all issues other than child support. If it is, then odds are you will be able to enforce it.

It was just a simple I agree or I disagree answer to divorce and custody questions. Thanks for your answer btw.

Up until the time you appear in court before the Judge and the divorce is finalized, there is no real binding agreement. Anything can be changed.
