    Default Compliance with Immigration Law

You need to comply with immigration law. That is, you need to get her back into lawful status. If she entered legally, you can probably adjust her status based on marriage. If not, circumstances may necessitate her leaving the country and applying for re-entry. This is something you should discuss with an immigration lawyer, familiar with the full facts and circumstances of your case, and the foreign nation involved.

    Default Wife Illegally In Country

So she is out of status, and she is working? Did she previously have lawful status to work? If so, and if her employer is reporting her earnings under her Social Security Number, it may be only a matter of time before somebody figures out that she's out of status and yet still in the country - and her employment may be detected when she applies for a new visa. If she gets deported, she may be subject to a ten year period of exclusion from the country. Again, she needs to get back into lawful immigration status.

This is something you should discuss with an immigration lawyer, familiar with the full facts and circumstances of your case.

    Default Immigration Problem

I cannot offer legal advice through this forum. If you cannot afford counsel, I suggest you try contacting a legal aid organization or a local group that offers assistance to immigrants.
