Default Petition Filed for a Preliminary Protective Order

My question involves restraining orders in the State of: VA

Am just separated from my wife, we are going to court for child support, visitation and custody, we both filled about this matter and our court date is coming soon, She also filled for a preliminary protective order yesterday because she doesn't want me to have my son too much(crazy but true), it looks like the judge cross out my son name out of the petition, the petition was granted for her only and not to include my son. She manifested that I abused of her, she involved drugs and many other thing (all lies), there is no proof of anything, should I be worry about this? should I get a lawyer for this??

    Yes. You need an attorney.
