Default Re: Disorderly Conduct and Destruction of Property Charges

again, my girlfriend worked there as a waitress and is friends with the bar manager, who has a daughter the same age as ours. The health department in the small corrupt town I live in, has given them 100% on health inspections and my complaints have not been responded to. And it is not true what you say about the public defender. I am not facing any jail time at all for this. The cops know the other guy is a piece of shit and charged me with a low low charge. And I won't eat there bud, if you might have forgotten, you can't force people to do things or listen to you.

again, I WASN'T arrested. I was given a ticket and allowed to go home.

No reasonable person believes a headbutt and forearm strike to the neck, causing the person's head to hit a wall with enough force to do damage, is necessary to stop someone who is simply coming toward them. You dodged a bullet on not being charged with assault.
