You have been given advice and opinions. If you don't think they meet your standards then trot on down to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office and speak with them about your scenario.

thanks everyone for your advice and yes we are going to ask a lawyer and everything but im sorry if I acted like your answers wasn't good enough because that wasn't my intentions at all
ok he got a answer from a attorney and they said even though don't speciailize in that area they don't feel its criminal by the way he said it in the email so we are going to get a second opinion but until then I think he is going to be ok
and again thanks for all of the advice I really appreciate it
yes regarding this matter i know this isnt no general advice forum other than legal advice and stuff but i need some plain advice
the person that was worried is driving me crazy
they have gotten two or three answers for various attorneys saying it doesnt sound criminal and not to worry but he still keeps worrying
his cousin even is best friends with a federal criminal attorney and the attoreney said anytime he had any questions to go through the cousin and if it was bad enoiugh then to ask him because he didnt want to bothered with nonsense unless it was serious stuff ansd the cousin said it was nothing
so why does he keep writing attorneys and is still worried
he does have ocd is this normal what hes doing or would a normal person drop it after getting all these answers
You mean, the way you're driving us crazy?
well how am i driving you all crazy
it sure isnt nothing like the way he is doing
he gets the advice and then still wont stop asking people
Hmmmm, sounds familiar
