    Default Emancipation in Michigan

I know most of how to go about getting emancipated but i don't know if im qualified because i am not physically abused. I have a lot of emotional issues because of my family though. I love them and all but i cant stand living with people that call me names, yell at me, punish me for none or stupid reasons, and treat me differently than everyone else. I cant even try to be emancipated until i am 16 but i would like to start figuring it a ll know that way i will be informed when i go to the court. Can someone please help me know some circumstances of being emancipated.

    Default Michigan Emancipation

To be emancipated in Michigan, absent a circumstance which automatically results in emancipation (such as marriage or active duty service in the armed forces), you would have to convince a court you are able to support yourself, and are capable of managing your financial and social affairs. Michigan's emancipation statutes are available online.
