You may want to go out on disability instead and look for a new job
Yes, it very likely would affect unemployment benefits. You don't get unemployment if you quit, in general, and the bar to be one of the exceptions is set VERY high. Stress isn't going to do it. Not even a lot of stress.
I should also mention, Court Clerk is accustomed to a state where disability benefits are mandatory. They are not mandatory in Indiana (or 44 other states).
