    Default Travel Restrictions on a Convicted Felon

    can a convicted felon who has served time travel outside the country if already has a passport? does it matter how simple or "grave" the felony conviction is? how about domestic travel?

    Default Travel & Convicted Felon

    The convicted felon would be restricted in travel pursuant to the terms of his probation or parole.

    Once off probation or parole, there may be issues entering certain other nations, if the person's record is known to the foreign authorities.
