My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Texas

I fulfilled all obligations in my PIP (personnel review). My Boss and my HR manager continue to say "Next pay cycle". My boss says he approved 18 of the possible 20% (of annual salary) of my bonus.

Yet after > 60 x days since my last day, I still have yet to receive my bonus due. I have emails and even a voice recording saying "Yes, you have it, etc" .

What can I do about this situation? Do I have any rights?
