Default Summoned to Court on a Credit Card Fraud Case

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New Jersey

I went to a municipal court 2 times; one time to ask for Discovery for my "alleged" stealing in which I was granted what the person against me claims. The second time I went, bam I was told a trial would happen, and so I fought it my all as I am already on PTI and the Judge could not come out with a verdict. The judge said he needed more time. I go to the mailbox yesterday and to my surprise, a court summons. Scared to open it, it is now rescheduled. What could this mean? Has the Judge decided on the verdict or will this be dismissed?

There was too much uncertainty on both sides and not enough information so the judge may have tried to get this down to a simple writing but will I be jailed that day IF convicted or my PTI gone and another charge?

    Bless!
