Forwarding Intimate Photos

I sent a couple non nude photos (underwear and no top but covered) to a guy I've had an on again off again relationship with. He sent me a nude photo to get me to send mine.

He went a forwarded the pictures to his fraternity. We are both above 18.
I have a text telling him not to send the photos and that they were only for him which he agreed.

This is unbelievably embarrising as I have an ex boyfriend in that fraternity who received the photos.
He apologized saying he was drunk and was sorry the next day.

Is there any legal actions I can pursue?

You're a grown-up, and there are consequences to the choices you make.

If you took the photo and you find it online somewhere, you can make a DMCA complaint to try to have it taken down.

When you send somebody a picture, you risk that the person will show it to or share it with other people. That has been the way things are since the dawn of photography.

Think of it as a lesson learned. If you don't want someone to see that pic anywhere...don't take it. Don't want someone to see your home-made sex tape, don't make one....
