Caught Shoplifting Twice, Then Failed to Appear in Court

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Washington

Hi,
So this happened back in 2008, I was a dumb kid (18 almost 19) and all I thought about was drinking/partying and hanging out with the wrong crowd, I'm definitely not blaming other people for my mistakes. I stole from stores separate times but all under $300 I believe I don't remember the exact amount. I went to both appointed court dates to plead not guilty and then was scheduled again to come back I was in the process of moving and you know being the stupid kid I was, didn't go to those court appointments and pretty much forgot about it. So now 6 years later, a lot has changed. I got my act together a year and a half after that and now its come back to bite me in the ass. I found out I have 2 warrants for my arrest right now. I guess my question is what do you advise me to do before I turn myself in, what can happen? I'm not in a situation where I have a lot of money to hire a lawyer. Am I pretty much screwed? I have two kids to think about, so I'm totally stressing out and kicking myself as to why I didn't deal with this 6 years ago.
