Interstate Child Visitation After a Parent Moves

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: my daughter 2yrs. Lives in Fl w/ her mother. I the farther live in Ma. My daughter lived with me and her mother in Ma for the first 8 months until we broke up and she wanted to move to Fl to be with her family (she had no family / friends in Ma). Scinse the move I have only been able to go several times for a week each and scinse then she states she wants to move back due to school and loss of family down there. How ever more recently she states that she can't afford to and other reason an I'm getting less emails videos face time contact. Come to find out she has a new bf that I believe could be influencing her moving. I need to kno what are my options for visitation / joint custody anything really I'm only 23 still in school and not alota money(I do provide child support) to throw around for a lawyer just to find out I dnt have a chance any opinions comments stories would be appreciated
