Default Can I Run Away to Avoid Being Sent Back to My Country of Origin

I'm 17 I live in New Jersey and I just came from Colombia 2 years ago. I am currently a temporal resident and in April I'm going to send my application to get the permanent. My whole life till I was 15 I live with my mom then my dad offered me the opportunity to come to an amazing country as the us. He didn't know I was gay neither my mom. They found out in December 2012 and since then they have told me all the horrible things you could think about a pair of homophobics, my dad even punched me in one occasion and took away my phone and control every move I do, because of my sexual orientation. This week he found out that I was going out with a boy and I confessed he was my boyfriend. Today I heard that he and my mom( they're divorced) were planning on send me back to Colombia. A country that I think is not the best option for me. I love this country and all the great opportunities it offer and I'm a great student that most likely will go to a top university. I don't know what to do. I don't know my options I've googled about emancipation, abuse from my parents, running away but I don't know what's the best option. I need help immediately. Please. I would be the most grateful person in the world.

Your reference to what I assume to be temporary residency suggests that you were in the U.S. already when your father petitioned for your residency, and that you have been notified that a visa number will become available in April. Is that correct?

    When do you turn 18?

Given that no airline will force you to board a plane, how do your parents plan to get you back to Colombia if you choose not to go?

Yes, you are correct, my father is married with a woman and I believe they petitioned for me. My temporary residency expires on July 2014 after two years since I came here. In my knowledge I have to send the application for the permanent residency three months before (April). I turn 18 on March 5 2015. The big problem is that my dad wants to go back to Colombia and he wanted to give my custody to my mom. But with all this and of what I heard she would go back to Colombia. I don't know what they would do to make me to with them.
