Angry Can I do something about this kid lying about me?

    I am from Wisconsin,
This kid that I got into a fight with about three years ago is sueing me and my parents because they were unhappy about the results of the criminal case. I got the charges pretty much dropped. I just have to be good for 2.5 years and it goes away like it never happend, because the district attorney now knows this kid is a liar. The reason I say that he is a liar is, about 1 year ago he got into trouble for tossing a bicycle off a bridge at a car doing about 60 mph. When the police questioned him he told them that I had probably done it, in effort to frame him. because I had a battery charge filed against me for assulting him. This is all on word perfect document taken from the police officer. He has been proven guilty of 2 felony counts of reclessly endangering saftey, for this crime he comitted. can I sue him for lieng to the cops and telling them it was me that threw the bike off the bridge? Please let me know what I can do about this.

Im not sure, but please stay in school, focus on your studies; especially spelling and grammar. Strive to get into college and put this behind you. (I assume youre a minor?) Separate yourself from such influences & try to ignore people like this. Ignoring a person is usually the best way to get them to go away. In the long-haul of your life, none of this will matter.
