you have a few options and you aren't likely to be happy with any of them
1. accept their terms to terminate the lease.
2. move in
3. give notice to terminate the lease. Once you do that, paragraph 27 becomes active. Note 27(D). That means they will try to rent it to somebody else. Once they have secured a new tenant, your liability for rent ends. You would owe for the period up to that date.
