Felony Possession of Drugs Charge While Pregnant

My question involves criminal law for the state of: TEXAS
Want to close a past charge for class 3 felony. Now am a law-abiding mother w/ full-time job. If I go before court w/out lawyer I will most likely be sentenced to jail for 6 months. Is there a way around this? Thank you

Would need a bit more information to hazard a guess. Such as what the charge was, when it occurred and if it happened a while back why is it just now coming up. But given that it is a felony charge why do you not have at least a court appointed attorney representing you.

Is this a case where you failed to appear for any of the court proceedings, such that a bench warrant was issued? Where you entered a guilty plea but didn't appear for sentencing? Where you otherwise violated your probation? Something else?

a pass felon3 drug charge. sober a year w/ full-time job and baby coming. how do i confront this charge? turn myself in? If I hire a lawyer will they be able to get me probation in Henderson Cty TX over Dallas (where charged w/ crime)
