Do I Have to Let My Ex- See Our Baby Before There is a Custody Order

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Utah.

I have a child that is 4 and one under 1. They have the same father however we were never married and broke up for a while in between children. There is a custody agreement for the 4yr old signed by a judge giving me full sole custody. He requested a paternity test on the baby and is not on the birth certificate. My question is do i have to let him see the baby? and when we go to court does he have a better chance of getting the baby overnight because we have the older child together with visitation established?

You aren't suggesting to us that he's not the father. If you're going to deny custody, you need to be prepared for the possibility that a court will view that as intentional interference with the father's ability to bond with the child, and could weigh the conduct against you in subsequent custody proceedings. There's nothing particularly unusual about overnight parenting time for an infant.
