My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: Florida, noncustodial lives in Georgia.
My ex has been interrogating our child during phone calls. He calls her a liar, and asks if I taught her to lie. He asks is your mother around? And says I can't talk to you if your mother is around, and when he gets her alone, he interrogated her, vilifies me and calls her names. If I am in the room, does this constitute interference with telephone contact?
FYI: The noncustodial parent was arrested for assaulting me while 8 months pregnant. He has lied under oath about his financials. And quits his job to avoid paying proper support. He has a long history of abusive behavior.
