My question involves an easement in the state of: Arkansas. My Brother & sister-in-law were "given" 5 acres with No written easement, just implied. And allowed to transit our backyard to their property. My brother passed away, she has moved out and now the property is going to be sold. There is no other acess, and It's been 20 years. Can we terminate the easement to prevent strangers from access to our land?
