    Default Falsely Accused of Rape, What to Do

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: Virginia
    i am a dod civilian being falsely accused of rape by a military spouse, and it is being investigated by NCIS, i have already put in my statement and let them have my phone hoping they can pull old texts proving my innocence, are there any other steps i should take? I do not have a lawyer. They account happened on the installation, there was no alcohol involved

    You don't have a lawyer yet, so what you should do is retain a lawyer.
