My question involves a marriage in the state of: OHIO
Once the divorce is final, and I am no longer providing health insurance for my husband, am I able to keep my step daughter under my health insurance?

That's a question to ask of your insurance company.
Did you adopt her?
If yes, then she's your daughter and you can cover her as a dependent.
If no, then she is not your daughter (from a legal standpoint) after the divorce and you might not be able to cover her on your policy unless, perhaps, you become the custodial parent.
Again, it's up to your insurance company so call up and ask.
Duplicate post.
If your coverage is through your employer, call your HR or Benefits department regarding who can be considered an eligible dependent and under what circumstances.
Otherwise, do as AJ said and call the insurance carrier. This is a question of your individual policy, not of law.
