My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: Florida

My company and Union are in the process of negotiating a new contract. Our contract expired last year but they have agreed to work under the old contract until the new one is completed. We get updates from both the company and union that are nothing but rhetoric and hyperbole but no useful information.

Are the sticking points of the new contract confidential? Do we have the right to know specifically what is being offered and what is being rejected?
