My question involves labor and employment law for the state of Colorado: My employer has approved my FMLA but I am concerned about my HRA. The company funds an account at the beginning of each calendar year. They do this as they have provided a high deductible health insurance plan and provide for about 60% of your deductible to be met from this account. Can they stop any disbursements from the account now ? or is it treated like the health insurance?
