Contracts should really be reviewed in their entirety by contract attorneys, we're not really geared to do that here. However I will ask one question - what are the penalties specified in the contract for not meeting your commitment?

there was no penalty on the agreement. It just said that if they are awarded the contract, I will be committed to the company.

OK, then you need to have the entire contract reviewed by an attorney.

Why do you want to delete them? I can't imagine any advantage to you if they're deleted...but then again, maybe I just have a poor imagination. Can you explain why?
