Not at all, a friend of mines daughter was caught with a 23 year old and my friend needed quick legal advice since she has yet to go to the police with it.

I hope the child also has an appointment with Planned Parenthood, already allowing oral at 13...best to check and make sure the man didn't have an STD or do anything more than oral. And get that kid on birth control and also counseling.
