Default Do You Have to Provide Tax Returns as Part of a Custody Fight

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida

Hey there. So my ex ( never married) had filed for paternity and to establish a parenting plan. His lawyer is requesting copies of my 2013 tax documents and all records pertaining to monies received from all sources. I have been a stay at home mother for all of 2013. My husband and I don't see where this pertains to a parenting plan since these are documents used for a dissolution of marriage with children. Again the ex and I were never married. Does anyone know why they would need these documents when it comes to a parenting plan ? And also, is there a way to not include these since my husband doesn't want to disclose our (his) financial information when it really isn't needed. Thank you so much in advance.

It might be possible that there is also a CS payment to be established.

Well since the case is just pending... they can take care of it all in one fail swoop and then just let CSE enforce the order. You've already provided the documents once, just do it again.

Also, be prepared for income for you to be imputed since your unemployment is voluntary.
