It is true that FOR THE MOST PART, SH rolls downhill from the supervisor to someone lower on the food chain. However, there have been the occasional cases that run the other way. It's unusual. It's not by any means impossible.

I don't dispute that he fell harassed, no one can dispute that. However i was not fired for sh. I quit.

If he felt harassed he never told me or anyone until i was gone. Same with the alleged drinking.

Which makes the statement that they fired me because of sh and drinking a lie. I can proof no complaint was ever made against me while I was there. You cant fire a person retroactively. And you cant fire a person who quits. Six weeks after she quits.

    Okay, so you quit.

What are you looking to have happen now?

Nothing, i was just trying to say if the company is saying that they fired me due to sh and drinking they are lying, whatever that is under the law.

Defamation lawsuits are very expensive and unless the alleged victim wants to take me to court I do not think anything else will come from this. Just saying, you cannot claim that a person allegedly did x y or z and you fired them based on information that neither the victim not the accused ha at the moment. If what they were saying is truth, they would have some type of termination document saying we are firing for x y or z.

But, as I said before, I do have my resignation letter. Thing is for the type of work i do there are clearances and if they affect mine, I do have documentation about what really happened.

So ignore them and move on. Until or unless you suffer some actual damages that can be directly attributed to what they say, you've got nothing. And it doesn't appear that anyone is attempting to take any action against you at this point, so put your documentation away safely and go about your life.
