Folks, I don't think that sexual harassment works that way.

Isn't the whole premise of sexual harassment is that the harasser has to have some power over the harassed? Therefore, how can a boss be sexually harassed by an underling?
Also, the only obligation the employer has is to stop the harassment. The alleged harassment stopped december 10th, which was the last day I talked to this man. The complaint was made over 2 months later.

If I was I harrasing him and showing to work dunk, according to them for almost the duration of my assignment there, how come no complaint was ever made until more than one month after i left. By then, the alleged harassment would have stopped.
