Hello. I am an 18 years old (DOB: 27 November, 1995) South Korean citizen residing in Texas right now.
I have been living in Texas for 5 years, but I've visited South Korea a few times to renew my Visa (E2).
It seems like I am not eligible for any of the options listed in:
http://www.uscis.gov/green-card/gree...rd-eligibility
What are the available options for me in order to obtain a green card or anything that can get me enlisted in the US Army?
If not, what can I do to at least stay in the US for longer legally?
- I am currently in High School and I will be graduating in May.
- I want to join the US Army, but my status does not allow me to do so.
- I-94 Form states that I must go back to South Korea by 2 July, 2014 or else it would be illegal.
- I am not qualified for DREAM Act.
If there is anything else that you need to know in order to answer my question, please ask.
As of right now, I can't think anything else to put.
