Default Can You Seek Child Support After an Initial Support Order is Entered

My question involves child support in the State of: Ohio. My daugher is a year and a half and I have been receiving child support for 10 months. The first 9 months of her life her dad did not provide a single thing for her. We had a paternity test and the support order was established. Can i go back for the $3,600 that wasn't paid the first 9 months of her life?

    Default Re: Retroactive Pay

    Nope.

If you wanted retro, you would have needed to request it with the original support order.
