Default Applying for an EB2 Green Card

I am a Indian citizen born in Qatar. When I apply for my green card will I need to specify to file my application in the All Chargeability Areas (other countries) or USCIS categorize the country themselves.

YOU will not apply for a GC. You must be sponsored by an employer.

Sorry, yes that's what I meant. When my employer file for my green card, will he need to mention which country category he is applying for or USCIS puts the application in the right country category based on the country of birth mentioned in the passport as well as in the application forms.
