Default Commission-Based Compensation and Minimum Wage

My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: Colorado. I am a commission based salesman. I understand if my commission is not more that minimum wage my company is to pay the difference. Now my question is. Can my company take that money back out of my my next check if commission is greater?
