Default Ticketed for Running Stop Signs and Speeding

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Georgia

    Hey Guys,

Was on my way to pick up my sister from school about 30 minutes ago (8:30PM). Since its my usual route to school, I know the area quite well. I was on my way just cruising and keeping up with the one car in front of me. I slowed down at 2 stop signs back to back and just slowly rolled through them both, then speeded back up to catch up to the car in front of me which was going the same speed as me which was 50 in a 35.

So right now im pending 2 running the stop sign and a 15 over tickets. I had a clean record until now. Also I'm 18.

What can I expect? Please let me know

It appears you can expect 8 points.

I'm guessing thats bye bye license?

Also, she didn't clock me in at 50. She said it took her 80 to catch me a 1/4 mile away. So basically she estimated. Make any difference?

That would certainly be reasonable doubt to assume the speed could have been 49 or 48 and therefore not 2 points.

Were these three separate tickets, or three charges on one ticket? If it's the former, it may be possible to work out a plea bargain to dismiss one or two tickets upon a plea to the other(s), or to otherwise negotiate a more favorable outcome. If it's the latter, some states limit the number of points you can receive for a single ticket to the most serious offense cited. (I haven't looked up Georgia's laws in relation to multiple offenses on one ticket.)
