My question involves name change laws in the State of: Florida.

I began a single parent adoption in Florida. Before the adoption was finalized, I got married. I hyphenated my last name. The man I married was not
included in the adoption. The court finalized the adoption as a single parent adoption. I chose to hyphenate my child's name, just as my name was. I have since
divorced, and the court restored my maiden name. I want to remove the hyphenated name of my child. She should only have my last name, not the name of my ex-husband tacked onto her name. He has no rights to her what so ever. What is the process I need to pursue to correct this horrible disaster?
