Default What Could a Worker's Compensation Insurer Do to End Benefits

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Pennsylvania

I have been on Workers Comp for a little over a year. We recently had a hearing because the WC people filed to stop my benefits. I just got the letter yesterday advising me the WC Supersedeas was DENIED!

I have an attorney but wasn't able to get in touch with him/her. What is the next step that the WC can pull? A hearing had already been scheduled for a Mandatory Mediation hearing.

Can anyone fill me in on what can happen in the future? I plan on getting in touch with my Attorney first thing Monday morning.

The future is wide open. If you have a specific question please ask it, but it's not realistic for us to write you a novel listing the thousands of possible things that could happen.
