Labeling my products with own brand , then ship to Amazon's warehouse ( fulfillment by amazon US ) . But i have some problems :

    1. Do i need setup a company in US ? LLC is correct ?
    2. Do i need register trademark in US ? How long can i use my trademark from purchase ? Can i use the trademark before approved by Gov US ( 8 months - 1 year ) ?
    3. I want to know about tax . They talk tax in Nevada is good ( LLC ) . but What is the total amount of annual tax + any fee ?

I'm a small business with my budget under $10,000 USD

You should be able to register as a foreign business in the state(s) in which you do business, and thereby pay taxes only on your connected income (sales through your U.S. operations). Under this approach you would file form W8-BEN with Amazon. Amazon offers extensive information about its policies and requirements for sellers who wish to sell in international markets. If you believe you could generate significant revenues, you should discuss your business plan and tax strategies with a business lawyer and accountant.

You have to be using your mark in trade before you are eligible for trademark protection. You don't purchase a U.S. federal trademark - you register it, defend or amend your application as necessary, and re-register it periodically to maintain its "live" status with the USPTO.

You should consider speaking with an accountant
