I am understanding. And his lawyer and a judge also told me that until it goes through court it doesnt matter. Hes still not on the birth certificate so he has no rights as of right now. Until its done through court then he has nothing to do with her.

You're not understanding at all, actually.

He has been ordered to pay child support. This means that paternity has been established. And THAT means that it will take him nothing more than a trip to the court house and the filing fee to get visitation ordered.

I do not believe for one second that a judge and an attorney actually told you that. In fact, if you get a copy of the transcripts, PM them to me because at least one of those two needs a serious reprimand.

Suffice it to say, it doesn't matter one iota that his name doesn't appear on the birth certificate.
