My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: New Jersey

I brought my vehicle into my local dealership for a warranty repair based on interior paint chipping on the my steering wheel, a known problem for my make/year/model. Left the car overnight for service 1 night, 2nd night was informed that the repair was not complete, but the airbag was replaced, but the horn was not functional but I could pickup the car and return it next week (because no loaner cars where available). Drove home that evening without problem, did not even touch the car over the weekend, Monday when returning to work from lunch, my airbag deployed in the middle of driving, I was able to pull over without harming anyone else. My face was lightly bruised (eye and nose), and my left arm took the brunt of the airbag (pictures of the redness/buises) I called the dealership who sent someone to pick me up, and had my MFG warranty road side assistance tow the car to my dealership. I have photos of the original problem (paint chip), photos of the car's airbag deployed, (video) of the horn blaring. What is my legal recourse, I don't feel safe in this car, Even the loaner they gave me which has the same steering wheel and when driving past the same area freaked me out a bit. I was informed by others that is not legal to drive without a horn, and the airbag module was not replaced correctly.
