I realized after I posted my last post- I had missed your point. Very sad to see a company you loved working for go down the tubes. See coworkers lose it all around you and then see it in yourself.
Hopefully, the culture will change with so many people affected by the bad decisions.
Thanks Again,

I wish you luck my friend. Dedicated employees are hard to find. They appear to be losing a good one.
Thank you. Have a wonderful night.
Just to clarify - the very links you posted should explain to you why you are NOT in an HWE, if you read them carefully.
It's a shame that you feel so stressed, that you have to work long hours, and that you feel under-appreciated. It may or may not be true that your company managed the transition poorly. However, even if they did, nothing you have posted comes even close to providing you with legal recourse or grounds to sue. Certainly not for an HWE. People do work long hours and have stressful jobs. If that is causing you difficulties, your recourse is to find another job, not to sue the employer. You don't think a lawsuit is stressful?
crappy management is not a crime, if it were there would be an economic boom just building all the new jails and guarding all the new prisoners.
Start job hunting.
I had an employer that I once loved to work for....it went to hell. I got fired for looking for a new job, lol! They had to give me Unemployment!
Yes, I agree that suing is not what I am seeking. Yesterday, I was worked up after hearing what our VP had stated. To go through a lawsuit would mean I am staying in the past and not moving forward.
I am definitely ready to move forward.
You're still missing the point...you don't have a lawsuit to go through (even if you wanted to).
I understand. Already over it.
