Can I File Harassment Charges Against Somebody Who File Charges Against Me

Heck, I'm just confused by what he's been posting! He claims to be the victim of a vexatious litigant, yet, apparently his attorney doesn't seem to agree with him. He claims that people are driving by his house, but he fails to explain how or why this might be criminal. heck, they could stand across the street all day and not break the law! Stalking requires far more than observing.

Jmr, I think you need to listen to your attorney ... if you don't have one now, then hire one. You seem to be confused ... I know I am.

Ok, He stole my computer and pled guilty to grand theft third degree. When he got out of jail, he was court ordered to pay restitution and failed thus sending him back to jail. In between, I tried to put an injunction for protection against stalking, failed because of lies. then I tried to put a second injunction for protection against stalking and I felt intimidated by him, so I dropped it. He claims that I did a crime against him when I did not and HE knows that but still utilizing the courts by lying to them. He got served papers for a hearing, then three days later tries to put an injunction against me and failed. He took the law into his own hands and set me up by lying.
