Driving on a public road is not, by itself, a crime.

And unless you ARE the police, how do you know he lied to them? If he did, that's up to the police to deal with.

I did a mileage check and they live 18.60 miles away.

I have records of all the times he lied even under oath. He knows how to play it cool but next time when we are in the court, his lies will be exposed.
