Default New Tenants Are Poorly Behaved

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California

I have been living in my place for about 18 months. The place sold to a new owner who is running the other apartments as "corporate housing" We've had tons of issues with these tenants being noisy, not locking doors, leaving trash everywhere, etc. Now the management company that I signed my lease with informed me they are "no longer managing my apartment"

What now? I have no contact info for the new owner and have no one to contact about the mess that is building up. let alone the neighbors waking us up at 2a almost every night. We've starting calling the cops to get them to chill out. sorta works.

Needless to say, we're looking for a new place, but I'm concerned that I won't get my deposit back from this new guys because
    1) I have no idea who he is or how to contact him
    2) based on the behavior of his "corporate tenants", he must be a scumbag.

How do I find this guy's info? The other tenants only know the company name and the company has been unresponsive to requests for contact.

Help! and Thank you so much.

Try looking at the property tax records.
